Position:  Personal Assistant (Part time)

Duties: 
  • PA to Greg Bodeker
  • General office management (accounts, H&S, HR)
  • Admin for the team   
Computer Experience:
  • Microsoft Office: (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, Access, CRM)
  • Financial Systems: Xero, Navision, PayGlobal, Prophet
  • Other: Jewel Business Systems, Nuance PDF Professional, WordPress
Previous Experience:

Born and raised in London, England Nicky started her career in office admin for an International Recruitment company in London.  After two years, she moved to Queenstown, NZ where she joined the Head Office team of a large tourism company.  She then went back home to London for four years where she worked in the Financial Planning department at the Head Office of a prominent UK retailer.  Thereafter she moved back to Queenstown and for the following 10 years worked continuously in office administration and sales & marketing within the tourism industry.  

Having recently joined Bodeker Scientific, she is enjoying the challenge of integrating into an entirely different industry.
